Recipe Ingredients
3 small hot green peppers
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork (or lamb, or beef or...)
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp butter
6 cups brown soup stock
1/2 cup dry red wine

Recipe Directions
Remove the seeds and chop the peppers. Mix all ingredients except the butter, stock and wine. Blend well. Form the meat mixture into small meatballs and brown them in the butter. Add meatballs to soup stock along with wine. Simmer 10 minutes before serving.
